Conception

Our Aim
As an Organiser of largest Elite Orienteering Events in the World, we aim to support main goals of International Orienteering Federation organising attractive and exciting orienteering events, which are of high quality for competitors, officials, media, spectators, sponsors, and external partners and making these Events attractive for media and Internet.

To assist in this, we aim to make Orienteering a recognisable sport in Ukraine continuously promoting it as attractive, challenging, athletic, healthy and environmental friendly sport for everyone. Preparing the Event, we intend to build and maintain high level of quality standards for both international and local events, finally recognising Ukraine as a high level Organiser.

We recognise that our Organisation is responsible of future development and raising the profile of the sport and in line with this spirit believe that the following principles will be value to all.

People and Teamwork - “Through contribution of each person to common success”
Recognising people as our most valued resource and applying age-old Slavic tradition to solve all problems together, we will build an Organisation where job satisfaction and full contribution of all staff is achieved. We will expand potential of each member of our staff involving them in discussion and decision making, providing training and posing new challenges. We believe that teamwork environment will enhance capability of each individual with substantial benefit for all of us.

Customer focus – “All our best for you”
Above all we will seek our customers satisfaction. In all our action we will seek to satisfy our customers needs and meet and even exceed their expectations.

We believe that our success will be a common success for all involved parties. We will always appreciate any opinion, assistance or support with the purpose to improve our Organisation. We will continuously build up our Organisation as an open and friendly institution for everyone.

Environmental protection – “Taking care of the Earth”
We will be responsible for protection of the environment taking care of it. We will use best practices and seek an advice of environmental organisations to minimise the environmental impact of the Events.

Flexibility and Innovations – “Developing traditions”
We will not restrain ourselves following existing way of doing things. We will continuously seek improvements in all our actions.
