Some additional help on filling in and sending the entry forms. / 15.03.2007
During the process of receiving of entries we've understood the necessity of some help on how to fill in and send different entry forms.
Entry form is an EXCEL document and is created using formulas: numbers in separate fields are summed up to the total field automatically. When pointing mouse at some field a drop-down list appears where you have to choose the required value.
While granting an application accomplish please following steps:
- Fill in the white fields of the form as well as the interest in accommodation without stamp and signature and e-mail it to organizers.
- Organizers will fill in the accommodation offer section (yellow fields with the appropriate price) and will e-mail you entry form back.
- Confirm by e-mail the total cost of booking in the form. If some numbers in the form are changed send it once more by all means.
- Print the entry form, undersign it and affix by Federation stamp or another authorized organization.
- Send the entry form:

- and by first-class letter to the address: WOC 2007, А/s 752 Кiev-24 01024
We present our apologies for the complexity of application procedure but it’s required in order to abide by the Ukrainian law and bank rules and in order to avoid the loss of your payments.
Please draw attention that:
1) all the charges are due from the sender
2) it’s impossible to fix the hotel prices in so the earlier you transfer money the less is the probability of increase of prices for your accommodation.
The 2 and 3 steps are not required for the participants and commands that arrange accommodation by themselves.
